Founded by Elzelinde van Doleweerd, Upprinting Food has since grown to a team that works on sustainability, food, tech and design.
Upprinting Food started as Elzelinde her graduation project in 2018, she is the food and creative mastermind behind Upprinting Food. She has a background in Industrial Design and Food Technology.
Jing loves to experiment with food and focuses on business and strategy, and the Upprinting Food community platform. She has a background in Industrial Design and Art and Design.
Manuel is very tech-savvy. He works on the development of our own 3D-printer! He has a background in Electrical Engineering.
Anne Jane has a background in Innovation Sciences. She is a brilliant baker and makes us happy with her delicious cakes and cookies. Anne Jane is looking into new opportunities to reduce more food waste.
Anmol has a background in mechanical engineering and has lots of 3D printing experience. With his background, he constantly comes up with new innovations for food printing
With his background in both mechanical and automotive engineering, he has its own view of food tech! Sai is part of the tech team and enjoys to work on the assembling en testing.
